Chef Noo's modern, Khmer-influenced cooking is the heart of Nomad, served in an open courtyard of wooden bar, leather booths and greenery. $5 cocktails and $3 mocktails from the bar, coffee from the morning, and a kitchen that runs breakfast through dinner. Level Up sits directly upstairs, same door, same building.
